Reflexology in Cambridge
I am a fully qualified Reflexologist,Nurse and Midwife and am also a member of the Association of Reflexologists.I am based just outside Cambridge and practice from home but am also happy to travel to your house.
With my background in midwifery I base my practice around Pre-conception,Pregnancy,Post-natal and Baby reflexology.
A bit about me..........
I have a husband and 3 boys and so work part-time. I have worked at the Rosie Maternity Unit in Cambridge and at Hinchiningbrooke Maternity unit in Huntingdon. We have also lived abroad in Japan.
On my return to the UK I undertook a Diploma in Reflexology. It has been fascinating to learn and see how nerve endings in you feet are connected with different parts of your body.
I have recently undertaken a post graduate qualification in Maternity Reflexology and also offer Baby Reflex a specially designed technique that will enable parents to carry out reflexology on their own babies.(see Baby Reflex page)
Reflexology works by encouraging the body to restore and maintain it's own equilibrium. As a Reflexologist I am able to detect subtle changes in specific points on the feet and by working these points so help to rebalance the corresponding area/organ or system in the body.
