BABY REFLEX
Baby Reflex Courses offer parents the opportunities to have a natural soothing therapy at their fingertips thus enabling then to use these skills anywhere, not just at home.What is Baby Reflex?
Baby Reflex is a specialised technique of Reflexology for babies and toddlers. It is taught in groups of 2-4 Parents/Carers or Grandparents by a qualified Reflexologist. I can also offer Baby Reflex on a 0ne to 0ne basis. After completing the course you will then be able to carry out these techniques on your own
baby/children for a wide range of complaints.
How Can it help my Baby, What are the benefits?
How old does my baby have to be?
Any age between 6 weeks and 2 years old. However when your baby starts to crawl and walk it is often hard to catch them to learn the skills as you spend half the session chasing them round the room. The skills that you learn can however be used throughout childhood.
How do I learn baby Reflex?
It consists of attending a series of 3, one hour sessions that are taught over consecutive weeks.This may vary, if there are only 2 people in a group,then it can easily be taught over 2 sessions, often lasting 1 and a quarter hours. At each session you will learn how to perform a number of reflexology techniques that can then be used on your own baby to help with ailments such as colic pain, teething pain, sleep and many more other things.
Due to babies only being able have reflexology in short sessions of 5-10 minutes, the practising is done on each others feet and at the end of each session you then be able to give your baby their reflexology.
How much does it cost?
The cost of 3 one hour sessions for mother/parent and baby is £35. There is an additional cost of £10 for diary and information charts that you will need inorder to do the course. These of course are for you to take home and keep, so enabling you to carry on performomg reflexology long after you have done the course.
Total cost is £45 (£15 per session), total payable on the first session by cash or cheque please. .
